Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 22, 2026 · Last updated: October 22, 2026

Lizar ("Lizar", "we", "us") is a Google AdSense for Search partner. We publish content pages and search pages, buy the traffic that fills them, and run both on our own platform. This policy explains what information we collect across those activities, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to:

It does not apply to third-party websites that we link to or that advertise on our pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information collected automatically when you visit a page

When you visit lizar.co or a Network Site, we and our service providers automatically receive:

2.2 Information you give us

2.3 Platform account information

Members of our team and partner users who are given access to the Lizar platform have an account with a name, work email address, role and activity log. We use this to run the platform and to keep it secure.

2.4 What we do not collect

We do not ask visitors of lizar.co or of Network Sites to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal data such as health, financial, biometric or government identifiers from visitors.

3. How we use information

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on our legitimate interests (running, measuring and securing an advertising-funded business), on your consent where a cookie banner or similar control asks for it, and on the performance of a contract for partners and applicants.

4. Advertising, search results and measurement

4.1 Search results and ads

Search pages on Network Sites are powered by Google AdSense for Search. When you run a search or click a related keyword, Google receives your query and standard request data, and returns search results and ads. Google uses cookies and other identifiers to serve and measure those ads. How Google uses information from sites that use its services is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

4.2 Advertising platforms that send us traffic

We buy traffic on platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Taboola, NewsBreak and Google Ads. Pages may load those platforms' pixels or tags, and our servers may send events to those platforms through their server-side APIs (for example Meta Conversions API, TikTok Events API and Google Ads conversion uploads). These events typically contain the click identifier that brought you to the page, the page URL, the time of the event, a pseudonymous browser identifier, and a value when a search or ad click generated revenue. We send them so that the platform can measure and optimise the campaign that brought you to us. We do not send your name or email address to these platforms, because we do not collect them from visitors.

4.3 Analytics

We use Google Analytics on lizar.co and on Network Sites to understand how pages are used. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects the device, usage and campaign data described in section 2.1. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

4.4 Partner reporting

We share campaign performance (traffic, clicks, revenue, spend) with the partner whose campaign generated it. This reporting is aggregated and does not identify individual visitors.

5. Google services and Google APIs

Lizar's platform connects to Google services through Google APIs, including the Google Ads API and the Google AdSense Management API. We use these connections only to read and manage Lizar's own advertising and AdSense accounts: to synchronise campaign cost and performance, to upload conversion data for our own campaigns, and to research keywords. Our platform does not request access to any Google account belonging to a visitor of our pages, and it does not read, store or share Google user data of third parties.

Lizar's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Cookies and your choices

We and our partners use cookies, local storage and pixels for the following purposes:

7. When we share information

We share information with:

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws treat sharing data with advertising platforms for measurement as a "sale" or "sharing"; you can opt out as described in section 6.

8. How long we keep information

9. International transfers

Our team and our infrastructure are located in several countries, including Vietnam and Singapore, and our hosting, advertising and analytics partners operate globally. Information may therefore be processed outside the country where you live. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or other approved safeguards for such transfers.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive a copy in a portable format, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of targeted advertising or of the sale or sharing of personal information. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

To exercise a right, contact us using the details in section 14. Because we do not collect names or email addresses from visitors, we may need information such as the cookie identifiers in your browser to locate the records that relate to you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

11. Children

lizar.co and Network Sites are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions on our platform and monitoring of our infrastructure. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. If a change is material, we will give notice on lizar.co before it takes effect.

14. Contact

Questions, requests and complaints about this policy can be sent to account@lizar.co. We aim to respond within 30 days.
